Do I need a reservation?

A reservation guarantees your table. Please call +81 75-571-2804.

Can I book online?

Reservations are currently taken by phone only.

Can I walk in without a reservation?

Yes, if seats are available. Please call to check the day’s availability.

Can I reserve for lunch?

Lunch does not take reservations. Reservations during lunch hours are only for course meals or evening à la carte orders.

When should I book a course or hot pot?

Courses can be booked from one person. Hot-pot courses require at least two guests — please reserve by the day before.

What about cancellations or changes?

Please call us as early as possible if your plans change.

What are the opening hours?

Lunch 11:00–14:00 (last order 13:50); dinner 17:00–22:00 (last order 21:30).

Which days are you closed?

Mondays and the 1st & 3rd Tuesdays. No lunch on Thursdays (the owner is at the fish auction).

Are you open on public holidays and over New Year?

The calendar can vary — please call, or check Instagram.

Are there private rooms?

Yes — one fully private and three semi-private horigotatsu (sunken-table) rooms, plus two tatami rooms that open into one space for up to 30 guests.

Can I come alone?

Of course — counter seats welcome solo diners.

Are children welcome?

Yes, the tatami rooms suit families with children. Please call if you have any concerns.

Is the restaurant wheelchair accessible?

Please call us about steps and restroom access before your visit.

Is smoking allowed?

What do you recommend?

Sashimi platters of live fish from the auction, grilled guji and nodoguro, fresh Akkeshi oysters, hairy crab and botan shrimp. In winter, the crab and fugu courses.

What is the budget?

Courses from ¥4,950 (fugu full course ¥13,200). À la carte is mostly market-priced by the season.

Can you accommodate allergies?

Please tell us when you book — we will discuss what is possible.

Is there an English menu?

These web pages serve as our English menu guide. Printed menus at the restaurant are in Japanese.

Can I get takeout?

Seasonal items are sometimes available. Please check Instagram or call.

Where can I buy the soft dried fish?

At the restaurant, or from the online shop (Japanese, domestic shipping).
